Woven Wire Screen mesh is manufactured in both high tensile carbon steel and stainless steel from 1.6mm to 150mm, and in wire thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 19.05mm. Great care is taken from the start, from crimping the wire through to weaving, cutting to size and, finally, hooking the screens.
Our replacement mesh screens or woven screens are available in stainless steel mesh, self cleaning screens, piano wire screens, woven trommels, quarry screens and woven vibrating screen mesh. Mamba manufacture replacement screens to meet your machine specifications and requirements. Standard screen sizes which are available from stock.Woven Screens can be hooked to meet your requirements. Mamba woven trommels and woven screens are manufactured in square, slotted and elongated meshes.

All of the mesh knuckles are on the underside, allowing material to move more freely over the screen, while keeping plugging to a minimum.
Evenly crimped in warp and weft, providing a rigid construction. The wires are under-crimped and sprung together, thus giving a tight mesh. This is used mainky with lighter wires to ensure tension in a light screen.
A variation of the double crimp which ensures that the wires remain in their exact positions.
Extra crimps in warp and weft with the wires seated in every third and fifth crimp. This creates a rigid mesh when making slotted mesh, even when the aperture is large in relation to the diameter of the wire.

The Strong and Durable Alternative Wire ... Tufflex wire is an alternative to high carbon and oil tempered wire. Finer grain structure and higher tensile strength offer greater consistency and flexibility throughout the screen,
offering both impact and abrasive resistance.
Abrasion-resistant, hard drawn, high carbon wire that can withstand repeated impact from heavy objects. Recommened for use when material to be screened is heavy and bulky, but moderately abrasive. High carbon wire has the least expensive initial cost.
Abrasion and corrosion-resistant, high tensile, hard drawn wire.
Standard alloy = 18% chrome / 8% nickel for excellent corrosion resistance.
Molybdenum is added to the basic 18% / 8% alloy for increased resistance to chemical corrosion.
Chromium alloy with no nickel for higher resistance to chemicals, atmospheric corrosion and oxidation. Handles temperatures up to 1,600 F.
