Our company developed two new products: Polyurethane Screen and Anti Clogging Screen(Pu Strip Self Cleaning Screen).
Polyurethane screens have proven to be generally economical due to the long wear life and low maintenance requirements. Its wear life is enhanced by the polymers flexibility, which returns some of the impact energy imparted by the vibrating media. Noise is greatly reduced. Correctly applied Polyurethane screens can reduce or even eliminate plugging, pegging and blinding problems due to the tapered openings and resiliency of the material. Corrosion and rust are eliminated.
Anti-clogging wire screen, also known as Self Cleaning Screen, can drastically avoid the clogging and plugging of materials during screening. This type of screen is made of high tensile or stainless steel wires, with polyurethane bands that link crimped wires together.

Self cleaning screens are a non-blinding, high quality screening surface that provides accurate screening and sizing. Particularly where material is difficult, wet or sticky. With high quality, non-blinding screening is the perfect mesh. The combination of different size wire used in manufacture means that they vibrate at varying frequencies to produce a self-cleaning surface. Also, due to its flat surface (no knuckles) self cleaning screens can use a smaller wire diameter than woven wire for some applications. Therefore it has a greater opening area percentage and still lasts as long as normal square woven mesh.

Shape D is ideal for the medium and light materials. It is effectively controls the materials sizing through the equal openings. Shape D can do an excellent job no matter how strict the material sizing requirements.
Pu Strip Self Cleaning Screen The Shape S of self cleaning screen mesh is made of several horizontal and parallel crimped wires. It looks like the herringbone pattern, which can offer better sizing control than Shape S and Shape S by eliminating more flats and elongates
Shape V is specifically engineered and designed to reduce blinding and plugging conditions when the use of conventional square opening wire cloth is not acceptable. The Shape V screen accurately controls material sizing, both undersized, similar sized and oversized materials, while staying clean and remaining efficient.
