Produced using abrasion resistant polyurethane profiles molded over straight and crimped high quality steel wires, Poly Ripple Wire Mesh Screen could provide superior wear life.
Poly Self Cleaning Wire Mesh Screens are high production wire screens developed to enhance cleaning and non-blinding action, using independently vibrating weft wires. There are various designs that provide screening accuracy close to traditional wire mesh in square, triangle or slotted openings. These screens significantly reduce blinding and pegging in severe applications.

Pu Strip Self Cleaning Screen Characteristic
Our self cleaning screens are available in high tensile steel mesh or stainless steel. Also with or without polyurethane cross strips. Self cleaning screens are a non-blinding, high quality screening surface that provides accurate screening and sizing. Particularly where material is difficult, wet or sticky. In addition to having many advantages over other screen types, self cleaning mesh gives higher production rates. At the same time eliminating the problem of large unwanted flat material that contaminates the finished product.
With high quality, non-blinding screening is the perfect mesh. The combination of different size wire used in manufacture means that they vibrate at varying frequencies to produce a self-cleaning surface. Also, due to its flat surface (no knuckles) self cleaning screens can use a smaller wire diameter than woven wire for some applications. Therefore it has a greater opening area percentage and still lasts as long as normal square woven mesh.
